Welcome to the website for the Tuscawilla Hills Citizen Association located in Jefferson County West Virginia. This Website is intended for homeowners who can't attend the association meeting and a place for information about their community association.

Community Yard Sale, Plant Sale, and Bake Sale Saturday June 6th 2009.

The Board of Directors for Tuscawilla Hills Citizens Association, at their January 5, 2009, Board Meeting, passed a motion to suspend all use of the Park and Soccer Fields within Tuscawilla Hills effective January 5, 2009. The primary reasons for this decision is related to complaints received by residents at the park and the need for better documentation for the use of the fields that do not compromise the Associations liability.

As a result, the Board is now requiring that every team desiring use of the fields and any homeowner who would like to reserve the field or park for personal use, complete the enclosed application and agree to the Rules of Use attachment. This application must then be submitted along with the certificate of insurance requirement (except in the case of homeowner use for private event), to our office for the Board's review and final approval.

Additionally, the approved motion of the Board included a preference to Tuscawilla residents, teams coached by Tuscawilla residents and teams that are made up primarily of children living within Tuscawilla Hills."
